A cropped, oversized shirt in pale blue pinstripe, worn over a floor length black dress. The sleeves run long past the wrist and finish in open cuffs with trailing ties. A cream raw edge trim runs down the front of the dress. Wear the shirt buttoned, or open as a layer.
